- WISDOM is a women’s workshop which can be a standalone workshop or across five weeks, including a 1:1 with each participant at the end of the workshop series. It has been developed to support women in the workplace to feel connected, motivated, and ready to make changes to avoid burnout when stress and fatigue land on their shoulders.
Lifting the spirits of teams and individuals in the workplace is what I love to do. Boosting morale with engaging and interactive sessions to fit into lunch breaks or team bonding events.
With over 25 years of experience in different types of workplaces, including small businesses and the government sector, it’s clear that the feeling of ‘community’ is as important inside organisations as it is outside.

For many of us, stress can trigger many other issues and in Stress to Zest we will unpack:
• What stress is and what it feels like
• How we act when feeling overwhelmed
• Explore reasons for having flaky and foggy feelings
• Strategies and actions to ‘do stress better’
• Navigate change in a positive and incremental way - with ease
• Move from stress to zest
Living life with a little zest means we can calibrate to the rhythm of our strengths.
