Please provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid cancellation fees. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, and you are unable to fill your appointment, your deposit will be retained.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore may incur the full cost of their appointment. If we can fill your changed/cancelled appointment time, you will not be charged a fee. You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellations are the sole responsibility of our clients.
